Job summary

CVS Health’s Enterprise Delivery team seeks a high-energy Program/Project Manager to drive delivery of complex technology initiatives in the Commercial Segment. You will lead Agile teams, coach Scrum ceremonies, and partner with Technology, Business, and Operations to remove impediments and deliver value.

You will oversee budgets, timelines, and resource planning for multi-project programs, report progress to senior leaders, and foster collaboration across functions while supporting the product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of leading teams of Project Managers/Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years of budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using Office tools to drive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ across large projects.
• Manage Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Lead planning activities, meetings, agendas, and reports.
• Ensure deliverables are created and updated as projects evolve.
• Interface with senior leaders across the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with partners to meet objectives.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and raise issues for resolution.
• Manage projects using CVS Agile methodologies and PM best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with other leads.
• Secure resources and continual support for project goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status reporting.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly revisions.
