Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Manager within the Pharmacy Services Finance Intelligence organization to lead highly complex business initiatives from intake through implementation. You'll partner with senior leaders, solution architects, engineering, and analytics to define solutions that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years in business analysis, project delivery, product management, program management, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading highly complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to facilitate executive-level meetings and influence business decisions.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Jira or Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document end-to-end business requirements (BRDs).
- Facilitate executive workshops to shape strategy and direction.
- Lead large cross-functional programs through delivery lifecycle.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide executive-ready status updates on risks and outcomes.
- Mentor analysts and promote delivery excellence.
