Advocate Health is hiring a Technical Program Manager to develop and manage our Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The ideal candidate must have Epic EHR certification and demonstrate experience translating business needs into optimized workflows, leading high-visibility programs, and driving adoption of AI-enabled healthcare solutions across IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

Epic EHR certification with hands-on experience across core apps.
Translate complex business requirements into optimized, streamlined workflows.
Communicate effectively with executives to technical analysts across levels.
Creative problem solver who reimagines workflows to improve efficiency and UX.
Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT leadership to translate business needs into tech solutions.
Manage relationships, strategy and portfolio/demand as needed.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
Define measurable outcomes and track benefits of initiatives.
Mentor analysts and develop staff across projects.
Create clear business process mappings showing interdependencies.
Support risk management and communications plans across projects.
