Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead IT supplier relationships and sourcing initiatives. You will develop and execute strategies across software, cloud services, hardware, and cybersecurity, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to optimize costs and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement focused on IT.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, telecom, cybersecurity, and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing and category management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and requirements to identify opportunities.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selections.
• Advise IT leadership and stakeholders on procurement strategies and terms.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance to ensure alignment and governance.
• Negotiate complex contracts and SLAs to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance for performance, risk, and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost projections with market intelligence.
