Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC seeks a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead development and execution of sourcing strategies across Information Technology. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to deliver value, optimize costs, mitigate risk, and support objectives.

As subject matter expert, you will manage sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, drive supplier performance, and align activities with governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, information technology, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with IT focus.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, telecom, cybersecurity, and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing and category management strategies.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and requirements to identify opportunities.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection processes.
• Advise IT leadership on procurement strategies, terms, and supplier management.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and stakeholders to align procurement with priorities.
