Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio management across IT and partner with Business to deliver strategic value. You will blend lean portfolio principles with the technology portfolio to guide proactive decision-making amid constraints and dependencies.

You will maintain portfolio status reporting standards and provide IT Leadership with KPIs on budget, schedule, risks, and resource planning to optimize value and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
7+ years IT program/project management and portfolio leadership.
Experience with Lean-Agile delivery and governance.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance measurement.
SAFe/Agile experience and enterprise IT background.

Responsibilities

Mature lean portfolio management across IT and business partners.
Oversee portfolio budgets and investment decisions with IT Finance.
Develop value-oriented plans and KPI reporting for leadership.
Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and cross-functional delivery.
Ensure governance, risk, and dependency management across initiatives.
