Job summary

Harvard University Central Administration (CADM) is seeking a Divisional Technology Partner for the College & GSAS Division to lead IT investments and governance. The role partners with divisional leadership to align technology priorities with academic goals, manage demand planning, and coordinate cross-unit solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management, and experience in complex institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Ability to navigate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic initiative and portfolio management experience.
• Executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in higher education or complex organizations preferred.
• Hybrid work schedule: onsite 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Document local FAS technology needs and gather feedback on IT systems and services.
• Manage IT investment intake and portfolio planning.
• Align technology investments with academic and operational priorities within governance guardrails.
• Facilitate divisional demand planning and roadmap development.
• Produce annual report of divisional IT investments and impact.
• Socialize IT change initiatives within the division.
• Triager issues and coordinate with broader university IT teams.
