Job summary

InVue in Charlotte, NC seeks a Director of Information Technology & Internal Systems to lead strategy, security, governance, and continual improvement of the internal technology environment. You will oversee ERP and CRM platforms, ensure cost-effective, secure operations, and steer investments across hardware, software, and services.

Reporting to the EVP of Software Solutions and IT, you will drive IT policy, risk management, and vendor governance while aligning with ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Information Technology experience including leadership roles.
• Experience leading ERP platforms and enterprise business systems.
• Experience leading or overseeing CRM platforms and associated processes.
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity programs, governance, and risk.
• Strong knowledge of corporate networks, endpoints, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead internal technology environment, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications.
• Oversee policy creation, standards enforcement, and risk remediation across IT domains.
• Manage ERP, CRM, enterprise systems and associated upgrades/enhancements.
• Coordinate with business functions (Finance, Sales, Ops, Supply Chain, Customer Service).
• Liaise with ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions on governance and standardization.
