Qualifications

• Three to five or more years of progressive information technology experience, including leadership of projects, vendors, or employees.
• Experience supporting a cloud-based and outsourced IT environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows technologies is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, availability, and support of the technology environment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, Windows systems, user accounts, and related technologies.
• Provide and coordinate desktop, endpoint, networking, and LAN support and troubleshooting.
