Qualifications

• 10+ years in diverse IT roles, with at least 3 years in IT management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, or related field.
• Ongoing professional development through certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL 4 Foundation or higher, and Azure certs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core IT operations, including infrastructure and business systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Maintain secure data management systems and environments.
• Lead ERP lifecycle management, deployment, and integration with other systems.
• Ensure high availability and security for remote work environments.
