Qualifications

- 10+ years in progressive technology leadership roles.
- Experience shaping technology strategy and ERP environments.
- Proven ability to mentor technical teams and manage vendors.
- Strong communication with executives and technologists alike.
- Systems thinking across people, processes, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute ENVE's global technology roadmap.
- Oversee enterprise business systems, ERP strategy, and IT operations.
- Lead web development, data warehousing, BI, and cybersecurity governance.
- Partner with executives to translate business goals into tech solutions.
- Build high-performing IT and engineering teams worldwide.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities to scale the business.
