Job summary

BS&A Software is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology & Security to provide strategic leadership over internal technology and security functions. The role reports to the CTO and oversees IT infrastructure, business applications, enterprise security, and governance, risk, and compliance.

The VP will manage a hybrid team of internal staff and external MSP/MSSP partners, drive AI-ready data architecture, and align technology initiatives with BS&A's growth strategy while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in IT and security leadership roles.
• Experience owning Salesforce platform and enterprise IT governance, data architecture, and AI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and organizational leadership across IT and security functions.
• Own Enterprise Applications and PMO governance and roadmaps in support of business growth.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and cloud strategy to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Manage security, GRC, audits, and regulatory compliance including SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI-DSS.
• Drive vendor and partner oversight, including MSP/MSSP relationships and contracts.
