Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand needs and deliver practical tech solutions.
• Manage IT operations across multiple states and two locations.
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, hardware, software and apps.
• Lead ERP (Infor Syteline) implementations, migrations, upgrades and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to boost productivity.
• Manage technology projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Ensure change management, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder comms.
• Maintain vendor management, cybersecurity, DR and business continuity.
