Job summary

DePuy Synthes is hiring a Lead Analyst, FP&A Enterprise Business Partners (EBP), IT, to act as a finance lead and trusted partner to Enterprise IT leaders. You will deliver forward-looking analysis, lead planning, and provide decision support across IT operations and transformation initiatives.

You will develop complex financial models, present concise narratives, and influence resource allocation and cost optimization across IT portfolios in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A/finance or related analytical role with ownership of planning and decision-support activities.
• Advanced analytical, financial-modeling, and critical thinking skills to synthesize data into clear conclusions.
• Ability to lead planning, forecasting, and performance-management workstreams from definition through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, insights, and executive-ready reporting for Enterprise IT leadership.
• Collaborate on annual operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning for Enterprise IT.
• Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews, analyze variances, coordinate actions with budget owners.
