Support annual operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning for IT.
Run monthly and quarterly performance reviews and explain variances.
Develop complex financial models and scenarios for IT investments.
Provide financial leadership for IT portfolios and track value delivery.
Present concise financial narratives to IT leadership and governance forums.
Drive cost optimization and value capture across Enterprise IT.
