Securian Financial Group is seeking an IT Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A team. You will act as a strategic finance advisor to IT and ECPMO leaders, translating complex data into clear insights and supporting investment decisions.

You’ll lead planning, budgeting and forecasting, manage technology expenses and develop business cases to optimize spend while improving reporting and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis incl. forecasting.
• Experience in IT financial management, with TCO understanding.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders and influence decisions, building trusted relationships.
• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for IT/ECPMO areas.
• Analyze results; identify drivers of variance and address gaps.
• Drive technology expense management and optimize costs.
• Improve FP&A processes with reporting, dashboards and tools.
• Support quarterly close activities and accrual reviews.
