Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is recruiting a Lead Analyst, FP&A Enterprise Business Partners (EBP), IT, in Raritan, NJ. You will serve as a finance lead and trusted partner to Enterprise IT leaders, delivering forward-looking analysis, planning leadership, and decision support across IT operations, projects, and transformation initiatives.

You will lead FP&A processes, build complex models, present concise financial narratives to IT leaders and senior management, and drive cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced analytical and financial-modeling skills with ability to synthesize data into clear conclusions.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, performance management, or business-case workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, insight generation, and executive-ready reporting for Enterprise IT leaders.
• Collaborate on operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning for Enterprise IT.
• Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews by analyzing actuals vs. plan and forecast.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for IT investments and transformations.
• Provide financial leadership for IT portfolios, including assumptions, monitoring, and value delivery.
• Present concise financial narratives and recommendations to IT leadership and senior management.
• Drive cost optimization and value capture across Enterprise IT in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align with enterprise financial processes and governance.
• Identify and implement improvements to forecasting, reporting, and FP&A processes.
