Job summary

Leica Biosystems Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision support from Deer Park, IL.

This on-site role partners with senior leaders to drive performance and value creation across the organization. You will own the FP&A framework, guide governance, and advance the transformation roadmap leveraging DBS, analytics, and automation to improve forecast accuracy and decision quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive Finance experience with global FP&A, enterprise planning, and Finance transformation.
• Forecasting, scenario modelling, resource allocation, and translating drivers into financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide FP&A framework and global budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Advise senior leadership with forward-looking insights to influence targets and investments.
• Lead the global FP&A transformation roadmap, leveraging DBS, analytics, automation, and digital capabilities.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and provide direction across regions, sites, and functions.
• Anticipate business challenges and lead scenario analysis and financial evaluation of strategic initiatives.
