Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, BUHR Finance in Raynham, Massachusetts. This role partners with HR leadership to translate workforce strategy into financial outcomes and drive talent initiatives across the function.

You will lead talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and analytics, while collaborating with Finance and HR COEs to deliver scalable HR programs and governance aligned with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 6-8 years of HR experience with business partnering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present executive-ready narratives and materials.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Experience partnering with Finance to align talent strategy with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead people engagement strategy for the Finance organization.
• Lead Talent Strategy and Management (Performance, Succession, Capability Building).
• Coach and advise business leaders.
• Drive HR policies and programs launched by HR COE teams.
• Own the global HR strategy and talent agenda for the function.
