Capital Health is seeking a senior IT leader to drive the organization’s technology vision and deliver strategic projects across clinical, financial, and administrative domains. You will partner with the CIO and IT leadership to align initiatives with business goals, manage budgets, and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in Information Technology with two years in leadership.
• Experience with regulatory agencies, HIPAA, security initiatives, disaster recovery, PACS, and clinical, financial, and business applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with CIO and IT leadership.
• Drive project management processes and governance for IT initiatives.
• Develop budgets aligned with strategic objectives and monitor financial performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for IT projects and services.
• Lead standardized service and project management processes including incident, problem, change, release, and service request fulfillment.
• Mentor staff and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for team members.
