Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Sr. Director of Technology Transformation to lead modernization, cloud adoption, and IT security strategy across IT Security, Infrastructure Engineering, and Telecom/Platform teams. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive cross-functional programs and mentor senior leaders while aligning technology with clinical goals.

You will shepherd agile governance, foster collaboration with vendors, and drive secure, scalable infrastructure improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in IT management or business administration.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/AWS or Azure are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for technology modernization including cloud adoption.
• Drive innovation and modernization across IT Security, Infrastructure Engineering and Telecom.
• Oversee IT Security Director and align security with enterprise goals.
• Strengthen security posture with identity, vulnerability and incident management.
• Lead cloud migrations and modernization of telecom platforms.
• Mentor IT leaders and support leadership development.
