Capital Health seeks an IT Project Manager and Developer Manager to oversee strategic IT initiatives and lead software development teams. You will ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget while providing strong technical guidance and leadership across functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/IT (master or PMP a plus) and 5+ years managing IT projects with technical teams, using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or master's preferred.
• 5+ years in information technology project management with leadership of technical teams.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects and development teams to deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and resource requirements; manage scope and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Communicate with stakeholders; report project status, issues, and changes to senior management.
