Job summary

CTS is seeking a Senior Client Manager to act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for a defined client set. You will manage relationships, coordinate CTS resources, and drive client satisfaction and profitability across a hybrid Brooklyn, NY program.

The role emphasizes client health reviews, training sessions, cross-department collaboration, and ownership of the PARC process, budgets, and invoicing inquiries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology services or IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key client contacts and identify at-risk accounts.
• Monitor client health via monthly reviews to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead training events for clients on core technologies such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Smart Boards.
• Coordinate across CTS departments to resolve issues and escalate properly.
• Own the opportunity pipeline and meet quarterly NRR forecasts.
