• 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management; experience in an IT/MSP environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication, customer service skills, and de-escalation abilities.
• Ability to promote a positive company image to clients even during moments of tension.
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for Integris' clients, fostering positive and trusting relationships.
• Provide strategic consultative services to enhance IT experience, productivity, and network security; collaborate with the team as needed.
• Support clients in the Financial Institution Division, understanding regulated environments and compliance needs.
• Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to align technology strategy, budgets, and service metrics.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to anticipate client satisfaction issues and manage overall risk.
