Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 3 or 4, to join our Space Sector team in Dulles, VA. The role requires managing detailed IMS, interfacing with cross-functional teams, and performing analytics to support multiple programs.

The position offers exposure to EVMS, mature scheduling practices, and opportunities for growth within a defense contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in program/project planning and scheduling
• Level 4 requires 8+ years, or Master’s with 6+ years in planning and scheduling
• Active Top-Secret clearance is required at time of application

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
• Interface with functional and supplier teams and the Program/Project Manager.
• Provide weekly status and reporting on schedules and progress.
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR).
