Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to manage on-site stock, pull items for orders, and maintain organized inventory. The role involves picking, assigning serial numbers when available, and ensuring accurate stock levels to support shop operations.

You will place new items in correct bins, monitor open purchase orders, and coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and lead times. A valid driver’s license and safety-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Proper use of PPE required.
• General understanding of safe work environments and procedures.
• Ability to read, interpret, and modify documents.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site inventory and stock items.
• Accurately pick, allocate, and apply serial numbers to items.
• Check stock for potential orders and notify requesting party.
• Place newly purchased items in correct bin locations and maintain orderly shelves.
• Coordinate purchasing: obtain pricing, lead times, and delivery information from vendors.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders per company procedures.
• Support logistics: freight, pickup, delivery, and transportation needs.
• Assist with sourcing alternate vendors or materials when needed.
