Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. (IPS) is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to maintain on-site inventory, pull items for orders, organize stock, and stock shelves.

Responsibilities include serializing items, tracking stock status, and placing orders with vendors to support shop operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, PPE awareness, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Proper use of PPE required.
• General understanding of safe work environments.
• Able to read, interpret, and modify documents.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, allocate, and apply serial numbers to inventoried items for orders.
• Place newly purchased items in the correct bin location and maintain shelves.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors on status and delivery dates.
• Assist with sourcing alternate vendors or materials when needed.
• Support stockroom activities: ordering, inventory organization, replenishment of parts.
• Coordinate internal and outsourced logistics including freight, pickup, and transportation needs.
• Expedite critical materials to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Communicate material status and delivery risks to internal personnel.
