Job summary

Integrated Power Services in Farmington, MN is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to manage on-site inventory, pull items for orders, and stock shelves with accuracy and care. You will coordinate with vendors, obtain pricing and lead times, issue purchase orders, monitor open orders, and communicate status to internal teams to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Must read, interpret, and modify documents.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• PPE usage and safe work practices required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, allocate, and apply serial numbers to inventoried items for orders.
• Place newly purchased items in the correct bin location.
• Maintain inventory on shelves and in bins.
• Assist with sourcing alternate vendors or materials when needed.
• Support cost control through competitive pricing and vendor communication.
• Assist with internal and outsourced logistics coordination.
