Job summary

Current Power Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage material flow, optimize inventory control, and support production needs. You will help design and implement warehouse systems, improve material tracking, and ensure ERP accuracy across inbound and outbound shipments.

The role requires independent work, strong leadership, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to meet material requirements and maintain safety and efficiency in operations.

Qualifications

• Requires high organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
• Take and upload pictures of outgoing orders and projects.
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors and carriers.
• Load, unload, and store materials safely using forklifts and cranes.
• Oversee inventory planning, storage, and control activities.
• Track inventory in ERP systems and maintain stock records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production to meet material needs.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and inspection of shipments.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with procedures.
• Lead initiatives to improve inventory control and material tracking.
• Participate in SAP integration and inventory management rollout.
