Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a procurement-focused professional to support sourcing, purchasing, and quoting for materials and services across projects.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, prepare competitive quotes, manage customer inquiries, process orders end-to-end, and maintain rigorous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in purchasing, quoting, or supply chain.
• Experience interfacing with all levels of an organization.
• Knowledge of contract principles.
• Construction/ Electrical industry knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines on a regular basis.
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and focused.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to represent the company professionally in supply chain decisions.
• Adaptable to a fast-changing and demanding environment.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally (oral and written).
• Negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Familiar with procurement and quoting processes.
• Able to work independently while maintaining a team mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Travel to customers and vendors may be required.
• Background and drug screening willingness.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all procurement functions, including: competitive sourcing, purchasing, and arranging for shipment of materials.
• Respond appropriately and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Work with vendors and internal departments to provide comprehensive quotes to customers.
• Review customer specifications and work with vendors and internal departments to ensure quotes are technically correct and competitive.
• Process customer orders from receipt of order to project completion, including: initial order entry and setup, issuance of purchase orders to vendors, and/or coordinate order with internal departments as required.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to determine and/or clarify customer project requirements.
• Support internal departments with their purchasing and quoting needs.
• Various administrative and clerical duties.
