DHL Supply Chain seeks an Inventory Control Manager I to lead the Inventory Control team, driving strategy and ensuring service commitments with clients. This senior role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and cost control.

Responsibilities include setting strategic direction for inventory control initiatives, achieving KPI targets, managing customer relationships, and developing team capabilities through performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years Inventory Control experience.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience.
• 3+ years management experience in a large company.
• 1+ years client relationship, staff mgmt & objective setting experience.
• Familiarity with JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Develop and progress customer relationships and operational partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to Inventory Control KPI as outlined in the agreement.
• Set strategic direction for supply chain and inventory initiatives.
• Develop proactive strategies to mitigate issues in inventory control.
