Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience, with significant time in executive/internal/corporate communications.
• Ability to travel 0–15% on average based on work and clients served.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive communications and dissemination, capturing the voice and priorities of the CEO and leadership.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts, including topics, review schedules, invites, and replay communications.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and deliver cohesive communications.
• Curate executive newsletter content with strong writing and editing to capture the right voice and tone.
• Oversee scripting, recording, post-production, and approval of internal videos.
• Monitor internal communications trends and emerging AI tools to elevate team performance and engagement.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Lead editorial and operational special projects; support external executive communications as needed.
