Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal, external or corporate communications or similar writing-intensive role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clarity and brevity.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders and ability to influence.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate communications with human oversight.
• Experience communicating to a distributed, remote workforce.
• Highly organized with roadmapping and planning skills.
• Able to balance speed and quality in fast-moving environments.
• Enthusiasm for crypto and willingness to learn the space.

Responsibilities

• Define and own internal communications strategy for portfolio of stakeholders.
• Ensure employees have necessary information and context to do their jobs.
• Create and improve AI-powered tools and workflows for scalable comms.
• Measure effectiveness of programs and use data for improvement.
• Align communications with company mission, strategy, and culture.
• Develop AI-native approaches for content creation, personalization, measurement.
• Support org-wide live events (draft talking points, event flow, speakers).
• Collaborate with Internal & External Comms teams for proactive/reactive communications.
