Job summary

The position reports to the Director of Internal Communications and requires 7+ years in writing-heavy roles, with strong clarity, stakeholder influence, and crypto fluency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media/journalism, product marketing, or another writing-intensive role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and brevity.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on communications initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools with human oversight.
• Resilience and composure during organizational change and remote work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to balance speed and quality while developing crypto fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own complex communications plans, from strategy and planning through execution and analysis.
• Advise leaders on mission, strategy and culture, and the needs of the teams you support.
• Support and execute team-wide and company-wide events, crafting speakers and materials.
• Identify opportunities and build AI-enabled tools and workflows to scale internal communications.
• Measure effectiveness using data, feedback, and experimentation to drive improvements.
• Partner with internal and external teams to coordinate proactive and reactive communications.
