• Excellent written and verbal communications with clarity and brevity.
• Proven executive-level partnership with senior leaders on comms initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio of stakeholders.
• Ensure employees have the information and context they need to do their job.
• Create and improve AI-powered tools and workflows for scalable comms.
• Measure the effectiveness of communications programs and drive improvements.
• Develop understanding of company mission, strategy and culture to reinforce messaging.
• Identify and implement AI-native approaches for content creation, personalization, and feedback loops.
• Support and execute org-wide live events (draft talking points, advise on flow, prep speakers).
• Collaborate with Internal & External Comms teams to manage proactive/reactive comms and issues.
