Qualifications

• 10+ years in communications or writing-intensive roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Executive-level collaboration with senior leaders on comms initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate and improve communications.
• Resilience and grit under rapid organizational change.
• Experience communicating to a distributed, remote workforce.
• Highly organized with strong planning and roadmapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own internal communications strategy for your portfolio of stakeholders.
• Ensure employees have the information and context they need to do their job.
• Create and improve AI-powered tools and workflows that scale communications globally.
• Measure the effectiveness of communications programs using data.
• Develop understanding of company mission, strategy and culture to reinforce in all communications.
• Identify and implement AI-native approaches to internal communications at scale.
• Support and execute org-wide live events (draft talking points, event flow, speakers).
• Coordinate with Internal & External Comms to manage issues proactively/reactively.
