Coinbase is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to shape the employee experience, partner with executives, and drive change across a globally distributed workforce. The role emphasizes AI-enhanced communications, measurement, and storytelling aligned with the company mission and culture.

You will own messaging for a portfolio of stakeholders, help scale communications with AI tools, and support company-wide events and issues management with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal, external or corporate communications, media or another writing intensive role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with clarity and brevity.
• Executive presence with senior leaders; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate communications with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio of stakeholders.
• Ensure employees have the information and context to do their job.
• Create and scale AI-powered tools and workflows for a globally distributed workforce.
• Measure effectiveness of programs and drive continuous improvement.
