Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to partner with executives and shape the strategic narrative across a remote-first workforce. You will craft messaging, drive change, and set the standard for AI-enabled internal communications at scale.

You will own the stakeholder strategy, ensure employees are informed, and measure outcomes to continuously improve impact. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Internal Communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal/external/corporate communications or similar writing-intensive roles.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on communications initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate communications with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define and own internal communications strategy for stakeholder portfolios.
• Ensure employees receive essential information with clarity and urgency.
• Create AI-powered workflows to scale comms for a global remote workforce.
• Measure program effectiveness using data for continuous improvement.
• Develop understanding of mission, strategy, and culture to reinforce messaging.
• Lead live events support and advise on event flow and speakers.
• Collaborate with internal & external comms teams on proactive communications.
