ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to shape how associates experience the business and drive a strategy that supports culture, priorities, and vision.

You will lead internal communications for ADUSA Distribution & Transportation and support external comms, helping bring the EVP to life while partnering with senior leadership to strengthen reputation and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive communications experience, including internal/external strategies.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and translate priorities into engaging messages.
• Experience leading comms for large-scale initiatives, changes, and sensitive matters.
• Knowledge of EVP principles and how they shape culture and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated internal/external communications strategy aligned with priorities.
• Translate mission and strategic priorities into compelling narratives across leadership communications and messaging.
• Partner with leaders to promote the ADUSA Distribution & Transportation brand to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, and leadership to bring EVP to life.
