Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Director, Internal Communications to lead enterprise-wide internal communications and engagement, connecting employees to our purpose and priorities.

This role partners with senior leaders to deliver timely, authentic messaging, orchestrate quarterly town halls, and drive change enablement across a global organization in a hybrid setting based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise-wide internal communications strategy through execution with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a global organization leading internal communications.
• Experience engaging both corporate and frontline workers (Manufacturing) and cross-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of change management principles; PROSCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide internal communications strategy aligned with culture, values, and business priorities.
• Develop and implement CEO communications strategy with clear messaging and cadence.
• Plan and deliver companywide quarterly town halls and executive communications.
• Partner with CEO and ELT to shape agendas, narratives and messaging.
• Coordinate speakers, content, logistics, and technology with IT and vendors.
• Anticipate risks through scenario planning and long-term planning.
• Write communications in Church & Dwight tone that is authentic and people-centered.
• Maintain a proactive communications roadmap for employees.
