Job summary

Engine is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for Product Delivery. This remote-US role partners with senior leaders to shape strategy, craft narratives, and manage change across a fast-growing, largely-remote product, engineering and design organization.

You will embed with leadership, translate complexity into clear communications, drive plans for launches and org changes, and coach leaders while leveraging AI to scale tone and templates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal or executive communications in tech, SaaS, or product-led companies.
• Experience supporting senior technical and product leaders (CTO, CPO, VPs) as trusted advisor.
• Genuine technical fluency; comfortable with product language and systems concepts.
• Exceptional writing and editorial instincts; able to adapt voice for leaders.
• Strong program- or project-management capabilities, turning work into repeatable plans.
• Comfort with ambiguity and periods of transition.
• Discretion and integrity with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Product Delivery leadership as go-to comms partner.
• Translate complexity into clear, compelling communications.
• Drive comms plans for major Product Delivery moments.
• Craft the narrative for all-hands, town halls, memos, and reviews.
• Operate cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, People, and Finance.
• Coach leaders on written and live communications.
• Build with AI to scale templates and maintain tone.
