Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in organizational communications, executive communications, writing, editorial, or content marketing.
• 3 years of experience in internal communications and writing for C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Work with leaders and cross-functional teams to create and lead effective, strategic internal communications to our employees, leveraging AI tools to enhance reach, efficiency, and clarity.
• Create strategic, innovative campaigns and AI-driven content to engage, inform, and inspire employees.
• Write communications, presentations, talking points and change communications.
• Own and run internal news engines including blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and other AI-enhanced multimedia storytelling channels.
