Oak Hill is looking for a strategic, systems‑oriented Internal Communications Manager to be an instrumental partner across our organization and ensure that employees are informed, engaged, and connected to the mission.

This role blends storytelling with building the day‑to‑day communications system, shaping workflows, content pipelines, and an intranet that supports a decentralized workforce based in Hartford.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience managing projects, workflows, or cross-functional work.
• Storytelling expertise to engage employees.
• Collaborates with leaders across the organization.
• Intranet strategy and hands-on management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and manage the intranet (SharePoint) and related tools for Oak Hill and affiliates.
• Develop a content pipeline with teams to surface information and stories.
• Design workflows for internal communications, including intake, prioritization and execution.
• Create clear content to inform employees about initiatives and deadlines.
• Maintain a strategic internal communications calendar aligned with announcements.
