Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of related work experience in corporate communications, marketing or public relations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with Adobe Photoshop, SharePoint and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Formal or informal experience analyzing data and recognizing trends to best provide recommended improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish content for the company intranet and email communications.
• Manage the editorial plan for the company-wide event calendar and digital signage.
• Oversee the intake of requests, edit submitted content, curate images and develop the content for digital displays.
• Support project management for enterprise communication campaigns and events.
• Assist with tracking, measuring and analyzing audience engagement across all communications channels.
• Monitor daily news coverage about the company and insurance industry and provide roundups.
