Job summary

Quantum Sky seeks a portfolio Director to lead our Intel practice, driving growth and program excellence across the portfolio. You will build and nurture customer and industry relationships with IC partners and select DoW components, reporting to the EVP of Intel and Space.

Strong leadership, P&L, and capture experience are essential. The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a hybrid work arrangement in Reston, VA, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years overseeing a P&L of $30M-$50M or more with growth
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in government technology solutions and/or professional services
• Familiarity with IC missions and willingness to travel to VA/MD
• Growth experience in digital modernization oriented to Intel customers
• Experience with capture strategies and proposals

Responsibilities

• Manage a large profit and loss organization, planned revenue, and execution of program growth initiatives
• Oversee program delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Develop strategies to introduce new service delivery practice capabilities
• Develop efficiencies to maximize profit across service delivery
• Recruit, develop, and train delivery resources
• Provide leadership and instill a culture of customer service and accountability
• Build relationships to expand Quantum Sky’s network with Intel customers
• Contribute to proposals from operations/delivery perspectives and pricing strategies
