Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a Director, Intelligence Community (IC) Strategy & Engagement to lead the company’s IC growth and mission integration. You will identify priority agencies, shape engagement approaches, and develop tailored solutions with product, engineering, and security teams.

This senior role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in IC environments, and a track record of executive-level government engagement.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of IC experience or direct IC support.
• Experience engaging executive-level government customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IC growth strategy by identifying priority agencies and paths to adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior IC leaders and government stakeholders.
• Represent the company at engagements, industry events, and working groups.
• Translate mission requirements into tailored IC solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer engagements from outreach to contract award and deployment.
• Navigate IC acquisition pathways (OTAs, BAAs, CRADAs, subcontracts, direct contracts).
• Ensure security requirements for sensitive programs are met in collaboration with security teams.
• Monitor IC priorities, policy trends, and budget activity to guide business strategy.
• Prepare executive briefings, market assessments, and strategic recommendations.
