Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with eligibility for Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Government, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Capture Management, or Growth Leadership for IC/DoD.
• Proven track record of expanding contracts and managing large BD pipelines.
• Experience leading strategic pursuits from identification through proposal and award.
• Strong understanding of the Federal acquisition process and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic BD plans across IC and DoD.
• Identify, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline with NGA, NRO, and DIA.
• Expand relationships with senior government leaders and decision-makers.
• Lead BD efforts from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, contracts, and finance teams.
