Quantum Sky is seeking an experienced Corporate Strategy Director to lead and implement corporate and business strategies. You will guide initiatives from concept to execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor outcomes to align with corporate goals.

We expect 4+ years in corporate development or strategy, with strong financial modeling and due diligence. Hybrid in Reston, VA; MBA is a plus and government contracting experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development, M&A, or corporate strategy.
• Bachelor's in business/finance/economics or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience building market-based strategies and evaluating complex acquisitions.
• Strong financial modeling and due diligence capabilities.
