Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Growth for the Intelligence Community to lead portfolio bookings, revenue, and pipeline. You will manage a team of Strategic Account Executives, shape growth strategy, and ensure disciplined execution of the Growth operating model.

This hybrid role is based at our Arlington or Herndon, VA headquarters, with travel as needed. The position requires 15+ years in defense or government growth leadership, 10+ years supporting the IC, and a proven

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Intelligence, Defense or Government growth leadership.
• 10+ years supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Proven success leading high-performing sales or growth organizations.
• Experience achieving bookings and revenue growth across complex portfolios.
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, DFARS, OTA, SBIR).
• Leadership of large, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic captures exceeding $25M.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio leadership and growth strategy across IC portfolios.
• Lead and coach Strategic Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
• Engage executive customers to shape high-value opportunities.
• Drive disciplined execution of the Growth operating model.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Capture, and Delivery to optimize wins.
