Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Competitive Intelligence to conduct research and analysis on corporate strategy initiatives and manage projects with broad objectives.

You will present findings to all levels of management and support distribution of intelligence across Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams. The role is remote within the United States, requiring adherence to Eastern Time business hours, with opportunities to influence key strategic decisions and develop comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, or economics).
• Two+ years of management consulting, leading corporate strategy, strategic planning and/or strategic initiatives required.
• Seven+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and key intelligence topics.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure intelligence is actionable and timely.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on key competitors, suppliers, partners and topics.
• Support intelligence distribution activities, including presentations to Ryder’s Leadership Team, webinars, and Board-level documentation.
• Continuously identify and maintain a database of relevant primary and secondary research sources.
